Coverage and charges
We deliver to serviceable Indian PIN codes. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed before an order is submitted. Availability of COD or prepaid payment can vary by PIN code and risk checks.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days and delivered in approximately 5–7 business days after confirmation. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking
Tracking becomes available after an AWB is assigned. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Use the Track Order page or your account for the latest information.
Address changes and failed delivery
Request an address correction before dispatch. Changes are not guaranteed after handover to the courier. Incorrect details, refusal, repeated failed attempts or an unreachable recipient may result in return-to-origin and cancellation.
Delays, damage or missing parcels
Contact us promptly if tracking stalls, a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing. Keep the packaging and provide photographs where reasonably required for courier investigation.
