Using the store
You must provide accurate information, use the store lawfully and protect access to your account and mobile number. We may restrict abusive, fraudulent or automated activity.
Orders and acceptance
An order submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and may be cancelled before dispatch if stock, pricing, address verification, payment, fraud or delivery issues prevent fulfilment. We may limit quantities per customer.
Prices, discounts and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Only discounts validated at checkout apply. COD and prepaid methods are available only when shown at checkout; payment-gateway terms may also apply.
Delivery
Typical delivery is 5–7 business days after confirmation. Timelines are estimates and can be affected by location, courier operations, weather, public holidays or events outside reasonable control.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation and return eligibility is governed by the Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy. Personal-care products may be subject to hygiene and safety restrictions after opening or use, except where an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Product use and warranty
Follow the supplied instructions and safety guidance. Stop use on irritated or broken skin. The limited 12-month replacement support covers eligible manufacturing defects and excludes misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repair and normal wear.
Content and intellectual property
The SILQ name, design, text, photographs, video and store software are owned by or licensed to Shanova Enterprises. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss connected with the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by The laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes are subject to the competent courts and forums in India.
